Wes Luther to Run
for 45th NC Senate District
Wes Luther, 29, today announced his intention to seek the 45th District NC Senate seat as the Democratic nominee.
Wes, a 7-year veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, grew up in High Point but his family owned property in Wilkes and Alleghany counties for many years. His long-term plan had always been to move to the High Country after serving his country abroad.

"I see this as yet another opportunity to serve my country and the people of North Carolina," he said.
Wes is currently attending Appalachian State University, majoring in Sustainable Technology.
